The TPRO-S provides a standard, versatile mechanism to synchronizemultiple processes and machines with microsecond accuracy. The board iscapable of synchronizing to standard time codes such as IRIG-A, B,NASA36, XR3 and 2137 with microsecond accuracy and resolution for alltime code types. The board is also capable of generating a modulatedIRIG-B. These two features allow the board to act as both a timingmaster and a slave. The TPRO-S can automatically correct for anypropagation delays introduced during the transmission of a time code. Inaddition to standard time codes, the TPRO-S can sync to a precision lppsas generated by a cesium clock or GPS receiver. The TPRO-S includesdevice drivers for SunOS and Solaris.
